Anastasiia Babash

Anastasiia Babash, PhD student, School of Theology and Religious Studies, University of Tartu

Anastasiia Babash is a 3rd year PhD student in School of Theology and Religious Studies at University of Tartu, Estonia. Her PhD thesis is focused on theological and ethical views on cybersex which she has started to study during her Master studies in philosophy. Broadly, she is interested in how modern technology has changed the way we love and build relationships. She researches this from philosophical, ethical and theological perspectives. Anastasiia is also a passionate philosophy popularizer, that is why she runs her own blog on philosophy and writes papers to different  pop-science journals. She will contribute to this project with in-depth knowledge on the changing perception of sexuality in contemporary theology and, specifically, the role of technologies in this process.
