Ģirts is a lecturer at the Faculty of Theology at the Department of Systematic and Practical Theology. He is working on the conclusion of his doctoral dissertation in theology. Ģirts participates as a researcher in the ReliGen project supporting WP2 “Intrareligious developments of gender equality” with insights from a theological perspective.
